Based on all of the customer reviews recently posted for the Garmin Forerunner Foot Pod, the main point that seems to surface is the apparent need for a new battery the day of purchase. This claim has been made by more than one customer, saying that the battery, though decent enough, cannot hold a charge for more than half the manufacturers’ estimation. Overall, however, if you were to remove this one and only complaint, the entire customer base has done nothing but compliment Garmin for yet another amazing release.
Now that we know what the customers are saying about the Garmin Forerunner Foot Pod, we have also conducted a little review, and based on what we found, there emerged a few unsettling differences between our review and that of the customers. We found that the battery included in the initial purchase was more than capable to hold the charge issued by the manufacturer. We figured that the original model of this particular Garmin Foot Pod included a faulty battery system, though, by the time we purchased this item, they apparently solved the issue. All in all, we believe that this new product by Garmin would be an excellent purchase for those that may have need for it. Highly Recommended!
